It's served us well for a long period of time, but one thing we would never try to do, and advise against is trying to use it as a CRM. A project management tool should be left for exactly that - managing projects, not sales outreach or anything to do with relationships.

While we personally prefer SMB software because it's typically more enjoyable to use (with a better UI/UX—a story for another day), this article will cover the two popular options for mid-market businesses (HubSpot and Salesforce).
